Post your weighin here for Monday, Novemeber 20th. Ok guys and gals, it's here, Thanksgiving Week. This week we will be bombarded with stuff that we know we shouldn't eat but probably will have just a bite. Before you sit down at the great feast, take some time to reflect back upon your journey thus far and draw strength from it. Trust me I plan on having some pumkin pie but I'm only having a sliver. I'll be eating a little of mom's Mashed Potatoes as well but just a couple of bites. I will be filling up on salad and a little turkey, but forgoing the praline yams and bacon wrapped green beans. Smart choices will get us through this.
