Ok folks we are entering our 4th week already, can you believe that? ?? Where does the time go? We've hit a slowdown on weightloss so to help motivate us all, myself included, I want us all to try to push for the 1,000,000 calories burned mark. In order for us to acheive such a feat, we need to lose more than 43 pounds as a group. Why stop there though, let's try and also break the 300lb barrier as well. We need 57.45lbs to break that barrier. So come on, let's move and groove! Let's go deck the halls with ankle and wrist weights on! Let's make sure our food and water is spot on and let's have a great first week of the Holiday Season!
