199 for me!! oh my user name has changed from waitin2f to waitin2flyaway...thats what i meant it to be all along but for some reason NS shortened it the first time so I fixed it finally...anyhoo....onderland for me!!!!

A few more community performances and the 2006 Nutcracker Ballet will become a memory..... and I will regain a day off! Yippee! In spite of living at the theatre this past week, I was able to stay within my 1200 calories and eat healthy. I had a little trouble with the water, but am now back on track. My scale was kind this morning and I am now @ 170!!! Here I come 160s! Woo Hoo! MJLPAA Julie 225/170/125 (110) ps: Try as I might, I just can't figure out what you are all talking about when you say BB Code. I know everyne is busy, but if anyone has the time to give me some specific directions to add the tickers...or where to find the BB Code, I would sure appreciate it. Thanks!

Are you referring to the BB code to use on the NS board or this board? They are 2 different codes so it helps me know which one to help with ;D

If you want a ticker to appear in your post, go to the site of your choice and make a ticker. I'll use 3fatchicks as an example. After making the ticker, you are presented with 3 boxes of code, choose the top one. It will start with [url. Once you have copied your code (Ctrl+C) then you can come over here to the boards and paste it in. You can even put this code in your signature. The result would be this. As a side note, if you want to use a ticker on the NS BB you'll need to copy the second box which will start out <a href=. The two sites I like the best for tickers are: www.3fatchicks.com/weight-tracker/and www.tickerfactory.com/ezticker/ticker_designer.phpHope this helps some!

Good morning!!!!! Jamie I don't know if you read all the posts after your message yesterday but I just want to tell you how motivating you are to me. Our weights are so close it feels like I am not doing this alone for the first time in my life. I dieted with friends in college but when they have 10 to loose and you have 50 it isn't the same.
