I am down to 166.2 but it really can't wait until next week. Maybe I will have more of a loss to add to it.
Funny story or it is to me anyway. I saw your 5k challenge on the NS site and although I usually jump head first into any challenge, I thought there is no way I can accomplish that. I am already walking anywhere from three to over seven miles a day. I do the elliptical when I can and have added weights, gut and butt exercise to Tuesday and Thursday nights. Anyway, when I saw your challenge, I read it to say jog/run for ten miles. Even though I read it several times the number 10 was associated with miles. I just immediately knew I couldn't jump in for a ten mile run/jog at this point in my journey. I have finally read it correctly and just wanted to share that with you.
Thanks so much for continuing this Valentines Day Challenge for us.
