I in 4 days into program and loving it. I can't wait to lose this weight. Thanks for this wonderful board. Worked hard today, ate lunch at my desk, did great, only temptation was at Costco, ate one bagel bite, I looked up the calories was 50 cal so I noted it in my food diary, didn't go over. Yeah.

;DThanks Amy, this is the best I have ever felt about a weight loss plan, (notice I didn't say the D Word). This day has been busy and long, someone brought in Pizza and Salad. I snuck back there took some salad and ate my NS entree with the salad at my desk while I caught up. I didn't even want the Pizza. Cool huh. ;D

Things are going well. Still 100%. Last noc I had a dark chocolate piece of candy but counted it in my calories. I heard dark chocolate is better for you and if I can limit it to maybe once a week of one piece I should be able to calm my cravings.

Well I cheated through Thanksgiving and gained a pound. Yesterday I had a colonoscopy, 3 polyps otherwise seemed OK. My dad had cancerous polyps remained my Grandpa died of colon cancer, my younger sister had 14 large polyps that were high risk. I think sticking to this diet will help prevent some of these cancerous changes or I sure do hope so.

Well back on track and have lost my thanksgiving weight and then some. Down to 222.5# Yeah!!!!

Well I made up for my lapse over thanksgiving and lost 5# over the last week. I am racing toward goal. I hope I do better this Friday we have our office christmas party and dinner.

I had my Christmas party last noc and still went down another 1.5# since yesterday for 4# total for the week. I have lost 19.5 # in one month. Wow. I am now 218.5

No weight loss this week. But I have gained lean muscle mass and lost fat according to my measurements. Not going to make mygoal of 210. Oh well still 22 # down in 5 weeks. Not bad
